We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Any Person that enters our salon that is rude, has unrealistic expectations about their matted dog, demands their dog to be groomed faster than the usual 2-3 hour time frame, same-day cancels, or no call/shows.
For Sanitary reasons the anal gland must be expressed before doing nail trims. Anal glands are expressed in one of our bath tubs. Therefore, all customers MUST purchase a bath package for all nail trims, anal-gland expressions, and haircuts. No dogs are allowed on our grooming tables without being washed first........ NO Exceptions!
Once you book an appointment with LSDG, you will be enrolled into our automated text reminder system from our (833) 239-6606 text only number. This number does NOT accept phone calls. You can also text that number after you receive your first message from us. If you decide to "opt out" from receiving automated text reminders, we will NOT book any further appointments with you. Communication with our customers is essential to minimize cancelations. Customers receive 3 confirmation texts from us: when you book the appointment, exactly 24 hours notice, and exactly 2 hours notice.
We have a large volume of appointment requests on weekends. We reserve the right to hold those available appointments for customers that tip their groomers. Our groomers do a very good job and deserve to be tipped for working weekends to accommodate those of you who work during the week. Dog owners with multiple dogs will also have 15% added to their final invoice at checkout.
