We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Any Person that enters our salon that is rude, has unrealistic expectations about their matted dog(s) or demands their dog(s) be groomed faster than the usual 3-hour time frame. Larger dogs like Huskies and German Shepherds can take-up to 5 hours if they don't like the jet dryer. If your dog(s) has aggressive behavior or attempts to bite any staff member, we will cancel your appt. If you no call/show or same-day cancel (unless there is an unusual circumstance), we will not book any further appts with you.
To see the list of the soonest available appointments, text "availability" to (480) 420-3865. This number is available 24/7. Respond with the date/time you want. If you are a new customer, please also text your name, dog's name(s), and dog breed(s). If you are using this feature after normal business hours, you will have to wait for confirmation during normal business hours. Although we are closed on Mondays, we will confirm appts throughout the day. You can also send text messages to this number.
Once you book an appointment with LSDG, you will be enrolled into our automated text reminder system from our (833) 239-6606 text only number. This number does NOT accept phone calls. If you decide to "opt out" from receiving automated text reminders, we will NOT book any further appointments with you. Communication with our customers is essential to minimize cancelations. Customers receive 3 confirmation texts from us: when you book the appointment, exactly 24 hours notice, and exactly 2 hours notice.
We do NOT brush-out matted dogs. It's painful and inhumane. We use a #7 (1/8") and #10 (1/16) blade to cut under the mats. If a surgical blade is needed, we will decline the groom. That needs to be done at a vets office. Mat removal also requires extra time. We reserve the right to re-schedule the groom to accommodate the extra time needed. No matted dog appts after 12pm.
The Sunday Surcharge for dogs under 20lbs is $10 and dogs over 20lbs is $15. We sacrifice spending time with our families to accommodate our customers that can't come in during the week or Saturday.
For Sanitary reasons, all customers MUST purchase a bath package for all nail trims and haircuts. No dogs are allowed on our grooming tables without being washed first. By appointment only. NO walk-ins!
(OTS) includes trimming butt hair, the privates area, leg fins, tail, skirt, feet, and ears with scissors only. Additional trimming on the head and/or body will be charged haircut pricing.
